55 minute mat Pilates class using flex bands, toning balls or light hand weights, small playground ball, Pilates circle, stability ball. pole or pillows which brings greater awareness of the periphery and balance while maintaining a mindfulness of the quality of the movements. Props always make it a fun workout!
