This 55 minute class focuses on resistance training of the major muscle groups using weights, balls or bands. This moderately paced workout starts with a 6 minute warmup, 43 minutes of strength and toning followed by a feel good 6 minute stretch. It is perfect for all levels of participants with an emphasis on form. Modifications are given to work at the level that fits your needs. You will finish feeling strong and energized!!
